Our operational support and training courses in the maritime field provide security consultancy aimed at developing and maintaining the highest security standards, offering specific professional solutions for the needs of anti-crime operations in the maritime environment.

Maritime anti-crime consultancy and training program for maritime security companies and maritime law enforcement agencies, consisting of a series of projects aimed at meeting the need to support and train national law enforcement, security operators, and military personnel involved in responding to maritime crime in relation to acts of terrorism, drug trafficking, piracy, and smuggling perpetrated by criminal organizations.

The training and consultancy program prepares personnel to address the following situations:

Maritime Security Investigations Investigative assistance through the conduct of or participation in maritime investigative missions and bilateral consultations to gather information on behalf of government authorities, in relation to criminal activities, identifying areas where state capabilities can be strengthened to improve the implementation of maritime security.  

Maritime Security Intelligence Comprehensive collection and analysis of maritime security intelligence information for the purpose of identifying the technical assistance that law enforcement agencies need to make better operational and strategic decisions, maximizing efficiency and reducing risks, identifying and assessing all types of maritime threats.

Port Facility Security Inspections Security inspections aimed at identifying any weaknesses in existing infrastructure and security procedures, developing threat assessments and analyses for the purpose of improving security in sensitive maritime, onshore, and offshore infrastructure (port facilities, coastal oil and gas terminals, power plants, industrial infrastructure, etc.).

ISPS/ISM Audits Internal ISM/ISPS audits for companies according to the specifications established by the company’s ISM and ISPS manual. The ship is audited for compliance with mandatory ISM/ISPS standards. The audit includes inspection of the ship and documents as required by the ISM/ISPS Code, interviews with onboard personnel, and the conduct of fire/ship drills to assess the overall performance of the crew and their knowledge of safety procedures.

The training program is developed with various courses derived from the analysis of current maritime threats, the capabilities of major criminal and terrorist groups, their devices and tactics, and the measures to be employed to deter, stop, and mitigate terrorist and piracy attacks and the illicit trafficking of drugs in the maritime environment. The training program will provide practical knowledge of current and evolving maritime threats and how to develop and manage a Maritime Force Interdiction Plan (MFIP). This knowledge will enable personnel engaged in maritime force protection tasks to identify and respond to specific, constantly evolving threats.  

The training program for maritime law enforcement prepares personnel to address the following situations:

Coastal and Riverine Anti-Crime Operations by Water (Drug Trafficking, Smuggling, Human Trafficking, Illegal Fishing) Training program to provide established international military and police maritime special operations units/teams with advanced training in the use of tactical patrol boats during day and night waterborne special operations missions in coastal and riverine environments.  

VBSS – Vessel Boarding Search and Seizure Training program that teaches the operational techniques that a security team must adopt during security inspections on board a vessel aimed at countering the transportation of illicit goods (drugs, weapons, illegal migrants, smuggling of goods).

Container Inspections The objective of this training is to improve container inspection techniques for law enforcement, port facility security operators, and inland ports in relation to drug trafficking, weapons, and explosives smuggling. The purpose of this course is to enable the individual to perform security inspections of containers safely and systematically.

Port Security Training Training program reserved for personnel carrying out security activities within a port terminal area. The course provides adequate knowledge of the topics as defined in the ISPS Code and section A-VI/6 of the IMO/STCW Code for the performance of security duties by personnel assigned to security tasks in port facilities and passenger terminals according to the facility security plan.

Underwater Security Operations Unique special training program developed for law enforcement and military personnel, based on the analysis of underwater risk arising from terrorist attacks, sabotage, criminal activities, and natural disasters. The program has been developed in accordance with the regulations of the International Maritime Organization (IMO-Code ISPS International Ship and Port Facility Security) and is designed to familiarize divers with the skills, knowledge, planning, organization, procedures, techniques, and risks of underwater security operations. The course provides theoretical and practical knowledge to conduct a wide range of underwater missions aimed at security operations and underwater crime scene investigations up to the maximum operating depth of 30 meters. Upon request, we can extend the maximum operating depth up to 40 meters.  

Maritime Security Operator This advanced security training program has been designed to meet the need to train specialized, commercial, and military personnel in maritime security awareness in relation to acts of terrorism, piracy, and smuggling perpetrated against ships and port facilities. The course is based on the analysis of current maritime terrorist threats, the capabilities of major terrorist and pirate groups, their devices and tactics, and the measures currently employed to deter, stop, and mitigate terrorist and piracy attacks in the maritime environment.

During the training program, students will gain practical knowledge of current and evolving maritime terrorist threats and will learn how to draft and manage a Maritime Force Protection Plan (MFPP) in combination with the Ship Security Plan (SSP). This knowledge will enable personnel engaged in maritime force protection tasks to identify and respond to specific, constantly evolving threats.
